Why April 21?
The choice of the constitution of the food community on 21 April 2018 is not accidental, in fact, it coincides with the theme of the Slow Food Day 2018, dedicated this year to ancient flours and grains, under the motto Let's put a future on the table best, and it is an opportunity to deepen our knowledge of the varieties of flours, from how they are ground and mixed to the best uses in the kitchen.
